CANCELLATION POLICY

Missed appointments and cancellations within 48 hours will be charged at full price if the appointment time cannot be filled.

We ask for a 50% booking fee for the spa days and if this is cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment time this will not be refunded, unless we can fill the space. Please contact our team at La Vida Day Spa for any enquiries regarding our cancellation policy.
