OUR SPA FACILITIES
RELAXATION ROOM
Soothe your senses in our heated, massaging loungers. Allow the chromotherapy to help you relax and allow your mind to free itself from stresses and worries, whilst listening to soothing music and enjoying our signature blend of essential oils. Our Himalayan salt lamps, help promote better breathing, whilst the ‘starry night’ ceiling, gives a sense of peace and tranquillity.
MASSAGING FOOT SPAS
A reflexology inspired stone design foot basin, with relaxing chromosoothe lighting and Hydrojet massage. Benefits of this include improved circulation and detoxification. It can also help in the recovery of foot injuries and alleviate symptoms of conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis.
CLEARLIGHT INFRARED SAUNA
This is no conventional sauna. A safe and effective therapeutic experience, our true wave hybrid carbon-ceramic heaters deliver high quality infrared that is easily absorbed by the body. Utilising the following:

Near infrared – promotes healing and revitalisation superficially.

Mid infrared – penetrating deeper into soft tissue, to reach injured areas.

Far infrared – detoxing properties.
SPA EXPERIENCE PACKAGE

Start your de-stress journey by having a healthy refreshment, change into our super-soft robe and slippers and begin your spa experience journey with a foot spa, followed by the infrared sauna and finish with the ultimate pampering experience in our relaxation room.

TEEN SPA EXPERIENCE
We have developed a range of treatments and some Spa packages for our younger clientelle! From ages 9 to 17, you can enjoy the above facilities exclusively and have the entire spa zone to yourselves for a 1 & 1/2 hour spa experience. Change into our fluffy robe and slippers, use foot spas, whilst taking in the view & enjoy the infrared sauna. Showers are in your own changing rooms if needed and then finish off with a chill-out in our relaxation room. Why not add some treatments to your Spa experience? If you are under 9, please get in touch, we can develop your own Spa experience. (please note- the Infrared Sauna is for 13 year olds and above), although you can still enjoy the light therapy experience.

Don’t eat a big meal for at least an hour before your arrival time
