RELAXATION ROOM
Feel the day's tension melt away as you sink into our heated, massaging loungers. A soft chromotherapy light washes over you, while the gentle sounds of music and the scent of our signature essential oils fill the air. The subtle glow from our Himalayan salt lamps creates a peaceful warmth, and the 'starry night' ceiling above creates a tranquil and cosy retreat for the mind.
MASSAGING FOOT SPAS

Treat your tired feet to a special soak in our reflexology-inspired stone basin. Gentle hydro-massage jets work away your stresses, while soft, warm-colored lighting creates a perfectly tranquil atmosphere. As you relax, this treatment gently improves circulation, aids detoxification, and offers comfort for common ailments like arthritis or foot injuries.
CLEARLIGHT INFRARED SAUNA
This is no conventional sauna. A safe and effective therapeutic experience, our true wave hybrid carbon-ceramic heaters deliver high quality infrared that is easily absorbed by the body. Utilising the following:

Near infrared – promotes healing and revitalisation superficially.

Mid infrared – penetrating deeper into soft tissue, to reach injured areas.

Far infrared – detoxing properties.

Begin your experience with a welcome refreshment, then settle in by changing into our plush robes and slippers. Your bespoke spa journey unfolds with a warm foot basin ritual, time in our infrared sauna, and concludes with a serene and pampered escape in our relaxation room.

TEEN SPA EXPERIENCE
We have developed a range of treatments and some Spa packages for our younger clientelle! From ages 9 to 17, you can enjoy the above facilities exclusively and have the entire spa zone to yourselves for a 1 & 1/2 hour spa experience. Change into our fluffy robe and slippers, use foot spas, whilst taking in the view & enjoy the infrared sauna. Showers are in your own changing rooms if needed and then finish off with a chill-out in our relaxation room. Why not add some treatments to your Spa experience? If you are under 9, please get in touch, we can develop your own Spa experience. (please note- the Infrared Sauna is for 13 year olds and above), although you can still enjoy the light therapy experience.

Don’t eat a big meal for at least an hour before your arrival time
